All sales are final. Custom made orders are non-returnable. All products are inspected before they are sent out to ensure quality and satisfaction. However, if you have concerns about your order, please contact me.

If there was an error on behalf of Knotty Alex, returns will be accepted up to 7 days after you have received the items and they must be postmarked within that time frame. All returns must be sent with a delivery confirmation number to qualify for a refund.

Knotty Alex is responsible for your purchase until it reaches the Post Office.

Knotty Alex is not responsible for lost, damaged or mis-delivered packages.

As per ETSY policy, Knotty Alex is not able to make any changes to shipping addresses after the order has been placed.

Please make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly during check out.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address you will be required to re-purchase shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

Knotty Alex tries to reuse packaging as much as possible. So don't be surprised if your order arrives in a box with another logo on it.

While Knotty Alex takes every possible precaution in making all items safe, some products may contain small parts which can pose a choking hazard. Do not leave small children unattended (or sleeping), while wearing any of our accessories. Buyer assumes all responsibility.
